The new campaign that has a backless image of Ileana, was launched in association with Lakme Fashion Week and comes with the tagline – Give cruelty the cold shoulder. Say NO to angora fur and wool. This is the first time the actress is shooting for PETA, but definitely not the first time she is looking this hot!
